Ms. Deepika Gala is a freelance Meditation Coach and Spiritual Trainer, specializing in emotional management skills, life training, and mentorship. She is M Phil in Philosophy. She has nearly 19 years of work experience in the education field working as a visiting faculty at the Philosophy department at the University of Mumbai. All through her journey, she was actively engaged in learning new things, and as a part of it, she learned Acupressure, Hypnotherapy, Access Consciousness® Bars, Bach flower therapy, and Biography work. Recently she is undergoing training for Tai Chi & Yoga Instructor.

 She is an expert in teaching the Philosophy of Jainism & makes it easy to understand & practical for her students. She conducts diverse workshops for teenagers as well as adults. She masters in conducting Meditation Programs from the basic level catering to a completely new learner to someone who wants to deepen the knowledge. The Train The Trainer Program is specially designed for those who love teaching & would want to teach meditation. She also conducts the Emotional Wellness Program for groups as well as on an individual basis meticulously. Her expertise is to make spirituality practical through various experiencebased activities in her teaching. With her intuitive healing & teaching abilities, she empowers people to take actions based on their inner calling.
